I work full time and so does my wife, so we can never pick things up from this post office.

would be 5 stars if open on the weekend. Friendly staff! always helpful.

Have had good experience, the staff are friendly enough. Would be great if they were open on Saturday even if it was just the morning. Like other people have commented the queue can be out the door, though I think this can be because of passport applications, local business type people, and ethnic denomination local to the area with language difficulties (housing commission blocks nearby). However different times of the day it's easy to walk in and straight to the counter.

Closed at 9.25am sat, signs on the door and mail card clearly state that parcels should be able to be picked up from 9am-12:30pm at the side door. There are a group of people waiting outside in their cars or standing in the rain because they planned around these hours. Saturday is the only day that people who work full time can pick things up. So we only get one shot to pick them up within 5 days. Fix the hours or the card please.
