Visited this centre for my son's Learner's permit. He had already filled out the form online so our work was cut out.nWe got there around 10.30am on a Thursday morning and it wasn't a busy time. I was immediately impressed with how courteous and pleasant the staff were. Our turn came very soon and it probably took a total of 5 minutes for the staff to process his application, take the photo and print his permit card will be delivered by mail in about 10 working days. Keep in mind that we had the required ID documents so it was a straight forward process.nVery happy with the experience and highly recommend visiting this centre!
Never ever go to this place again. No toilet for customers or anywhere nearby. I had an instructor with a very thick accent which is hard to understand. Was asking to use the staff toilet before exam but they didn't let me and having to hold and busting so bad during the test, ended up with a sore bladder for the next few days. My friend had to walk 20mins back and forth for the nearest public toilet, and it's full of syringes and a homeless guy washing his noodle in the sink. What an experience.
Renewed my license within 10mins! Fast and efficient, love it. Friendly staffs, organised and quick in sorting people based on what service they need. Waiting time is short and they get things done fast. Thumbs up!
