It was my first time at VicRoads today. Even though I was late, the Asian receptionist guy made an exception and let me in I had already paid and there was no way to reschedule without having to pay once again. I waited for about 15 minutes or so and I was tended by Lisa if I remember correctly. She made sure everything was in order and that was very helpful for a first timer as well as a total foreigner. She did my eyesight test and questionnaire and everything while she was having a chitchat with me. It was also helpful that she spoke very clearly and loud enough for me to understand everything that's being said correctly. I experienced no language struggle/barrier with her today. I hope she'll enjoy the trip to Japan when she gets to, where I'm from.
Yeliz is a fantastic examiner. I was very nervous, but she was encouraging and helped me stay calm throughout my drive test. Her instructions were very clear. I couldn’t have asked for better support. Thank you so much!nnThe staff member at the front desk was also very kind and welcoming. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience.
Today, my partner went to Vicroads Carlton for her driving test to get her probationary licence. Coming into it, she was incredibly nervous and anxious. Her examiner, Rain, was fantastic from the very beginning. He displayed incredible patience and kindness, which is sometimes absent from incredibly busy and serious places such as Vicroads. He was able to ease my partners' nerves so she could focus on driving for her test. At the end, he offered great constructive feedback in a very kind way. All through all, Rain's vibes were immaculate, and I would consider Vicroads Carlton again for anything in the future because of it.
I had a really positive experience with my VicRoads Drive Test. Everything was well organized and started right on time. The test itself took around 30 minutes, which felt very efficient and smooth.nnMy examiner, August, was excellent — calm, clear, and very professional. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the test, which really helped me perform at my best.nnOverall, a great experience. Thank you!
Renewed my license within 10mins! Fast and efficient, love it. Friendly staffs, organised and quick in sorting people based on what service they need. Waiting time is short and they get things done fast. Thumbs up!
