My learner driver had mistakenly booked the wrong time for a driving test at the Carlton office due to limited English proficiency. Jenny went above and beyond to rectify the situation on the same day. Her prompt and considerate assistance was greatly appreciated, and I am truly grateful for her exceptional support.
I did my driving test with Jonno today. He was incredibly calm, kind and friendly in his demeanour whilst also being very professional. I feel really lucky to have had such a grounded and genuine tester!
I had a great experience on my driving test with Officer Marie. She was calm and caring, making sure I was ready for the test since everything was delayed and the traffic was bad on that day. Marie also remain straightforward and clear in her instructions.
A bit of a wait, about 30 minutes. Staff were excellent, and I got my expired driver's licence renewed without any fuss. So, I'm happy.
I had a problem with the registration transfer problem because the dealer made a mistake, and I have been Vicroads several times. Officer Holley was very knowledgeable and good at handling things calmly and accurately. I think no comments would be better for other officers.nThank you for Holley
