Had a couple experiences here and all of them were excellent. Namely transferring car registration, fixing driver license name, getting learner permit for my parents.... The supports were great, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and supportive. When I decided to write this review, I was impressed by the staff named Rain, but others were very good as well. Good job and great work.
Aman, the customer service officer, did not provide proper information about alternative ways to support customers. He also told the person who helped me to ‘shut up,’ which was inappropriate. Fortunately, that person still assisted me in resolving the vehicle registration issue.
