Tbh a good centerlink. Staff are Usually...usually nice depends on who you get. Clean and great security gard.

The staff are rude and arrogant and treat you like you know nothing. FYI, not all people who go there are unemployed bludgers. We're there to make legit medicare claims. It's apparent that it is the only time in their lives they have any sort of power over anyone really. The staff here have an aversion to doing work (like customer service) and they push you hard to do everything online. Why have a Medicare counter and make us wait for ages when no one actually attends to this counter? Hopeless, online is good. I'd rather deal with machines.

Arrogant, rude staff, refusing to serve me because it was near closing time but I’m entitled to get served as I was not in fact late. I thought it was illegal for them to treat people like that

Best centrelink experience I've had. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful and I hardly had to wait! Amazing!
