Very unhelpful. Didn’t contact me when their passport service was down (apparently for a number of days) but let me waste my time coming for an appointment they couldn’t provide. I would recommend you shop elsewhere

Needed to get 4 child passport photos taken urgently. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were the only ones there at the time but 4-5 people came in after and were served promptly by the other staff.

Helpful and friendly staffs. I picked up parcels here pretty often, even on Saturday. The staffs are efficient. Never have to wait for long.
