Worst service. Came in to get a simple task resolved, was given the “I don’t want to do my job in helping you, so I’ll direct you elsewhere” This is the third time this has happened, the people at the front desk are impatient and incredibly rude. Hire people who are actually suited for the job please.

Had great customer service twice, not so much on the third one. Dropped off some documents and lady was curt and def not friendly. She also made me wait for her whilst she 'stapled, organised and filed away' the documents I gave her. FYI, she didn't need anything else from my part.

Very poor service. Twice i was advised best to come back and see them another time. After entering the office and waiting in line. 4:30 is when your office closes. If people are in the office before then, do your job. This and every other Centrelink office need to be open on Saturdays too.
