This council service is really bad and unfair. On 6th of April the car park on Stanley St was unexpected blocked up by a project WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. In the early morning I did routine travelling to work I could not find any car space although I tried the other two car parks near Essendon Station but unfortunately they were full. I tried to look around to find a parking place nearby either paid fee or free charged but didn't get one. I have to go to work so I parked on a street nearby and got a parking fine. I tried to contact the parking department and left messages but no response. So I wrote email to explain the matter but no one care. They only ask me to pay $95 fine but didn't think how much trouble their bad service cost us.

Absolutely atrocious service on all fronts. Obnoxious, non-responsive staff, local laws officers who don't know how to do their job yet continue to be employed, a CEO who promises to deal with issues but never does, the list goes on and on.
