Is this racism or corruption? How does this gift give it the result of failure. She has no fault. Says. She was confused. This is all a psychological war. She violated all day and said had not made any mistake

That was the worst experience in Australia. I been here from last 2 and half year everyone is really polite and friendly. But 14th of September last Thursday after failing my driving test 2nd time due to different reasons i tried to know the reason. In the mean time manager lady came and she finished with words that instructor had the last decision. When i tried to explain her she ignored me as well main incident why I'm writing this. That manager lady ask me are you permanent or temporary. When i denied to answer that question she said conversation ends here as well when i was leaving she said if you are temporary you don't need our country licence. I really wanted to know what does it mean. At last i apologize for that instructor which took my test. But I'm looking forward to complain against that manager.

Very bad service ...went to counter 11 today 28sep 2017 at 12:45, lady was very rude didn't rwply hello hi or nothing ...they must beed to learn something about customer service
