We have waited 2 weeks to get boxes of stamps! How can we run a professionally run Medical Clinic if we can't post out reminders to our patients? Absolutely not acceptable. We will have to go else where which is time out of our staffs lunch break.  No apology for having none either, have reported incident to Australia Post everyone else should do the same. Can I just say color or race has nothing at all to do with this complaint.  It's not what you say it's the way that you say it , and what you intend to do about it to correct the issue.

Absolutely awful customer service, the staff are rude and no help with trying to get your parcels. They seem to take great pleasure out of making your experience terrible and picking up mail as much of a hassle as possible. I will be formally complaining to Australia Post.

How is it that imelda marcos could neatly store her 1000 pair shoe collection in a closet, and we get chaos? Staff here seem to be tripping over parcels and have some random system for storage. When they cant find something all you get is bad attitude and a pathetic request to return at a later date. I can only express my gratitude to Australia Post for taking us back to the third world. Who needs quality assurance accreditation when you can outsource postal services to novices running an operation out of a shoebox. Looks like it's ISO Zero until drones drop mail from the sky.

Awful awful place... rude and hopeless staff. Waiting forever in a que of 10 - 20 people while the ONE person behind the counter seems pleased with making people wait and offering an unacceptable standard of service. I will contact the APO and see about getting my parcels dropped elsewhere. Id rather drive 5 suburbs over than set foot in that hole again

Incompetent, nasty and careless. There is not a single transaction you can do in this post office without it being a hassle and a drama. Austpost needs to have more control over their franchises.
The are Rude to everyone.
Moonee Valley Buy Swap and sell has a huge discussion forum on this outlet.
Australia Post needs to take action here they are damaging the brand.
