And don't even think about getting the passport application processed, they turn it into the worst nightmare service ever.  No clue.

Keilor Downs Post Office is the only shop i go to since i started in 2006 I trust them to send my Ebay parcels. the staff are FANTASTIC and at times i see the customers take their time at the counter and give the staff hard times from what i witness

Worst experience ever..... my friend sent me a parcel from australia to canada and its been 20 days i still didnt get it . Thats their express post wow. Worst service ever

Australia Post service. Don't expect anything outstanding. There are much much better organisations offering quality service. To be fair the staff at this post office are quite efficient but nothing else.
