Nasty old employee lady with the blonde hair. She’s so rude! Couldn’t even finish my sentence when she cut me off with “NEXT”. I took only 3 minutes altogether! She could’ve just politely asked me to finish and let the customer behind me collect their mail.
Disclosing bad information and providing the worst customer service are their strengths in this post office. The staff at this Post Office are incompetent, unprofessional and ungrateful which is very annoying because we have no choice to go there. Personally, I make as quickly as possible to leave and not to ask questions because apparently the “clients” disturb them felt personal to accomplish their work while having big gaps in the professionalism. The positive side is that I’m not the only one who saw the same facts, it’s not defamation and hate speech because I we are telling the truth. I would not hide the facts of this post office parcel collection in St.albans again because it is the truth wherever I go as you may have noticed, you have to stop taking people for morons and treat us with respect. Believe me, they don’t deserve one star.
Never had a problem here, the staff have always been wonderful and even gone out of their way when my parcel has been lost due to someone else's fault. Thankyou William street post office workers, i appreciate you being there.
Hi I been there for land title documents .my wife have oversees passport that’s why they want visa grant papers with all details I gave them what I got from immigration when they grant visa but still they not happy to do further process after that I been next post office they did it without out any visa grant paper.if they don’t know they have to read the rule properly otherwise that staff need to resign and make a post for others talented so others people will not face this kind of stress in future. #RULE IS RULE SHOULD BE SAME EVERY WHERE #

This isn’t a post office at all. Place is old and smelly. Arrogant staff who don’t want to serve you.
