Had my docs certified. I have quite a lot of docs 15pgs. so I am a bit hesitant/embarrassed to bother the officers and it was around 6:30pm already, but I really need them to be certified. Officer Matt T. took them warmly and certified them thoroughly, he was very accomodating and really nice! Thank you officer Matt!
These guys need a reminder of what their job is. I went in twice to report the same incident. After the first effort was just laughed at because I don't have video evidence. Our rights as citizens are diluted when an officer of the law refuses to engage in police work of any nature. Community, criminal or commercial. Each case deserves the attention and time it's due. And I can see very clearly the failures by this department. The officer was also very rude. Very condescending. And made no effort at all to even advise me on how best to handle the complaint. After a second visit. He finally told me what I should have been told in the first place. "This is a matter for VicRoads". I went there for 2 reason's. 1 to make a report. And 2. To be provided advice on how best to handle the matter. Having to go back a second time and insist that they could at least advise me is an insult to me. And blatant and outright slap in the face.
Have had a positive experience with reporting a matter. Officer Garcia took the time to listen and to explain. Appreciated the follow up call 2 weeks later to check in on the status of the matter and advice as to next steps where necessary. Great to know that we have an enforcement community that cares.
Ted, Justice of the Peace at Keilor Downs Police Station certified my documents this evening as part of a police check. I arrived late yet he was kind enough to still assist me. Ted volunteers his time helping others and he’s the epitome of what every human should aspire to be - selfless and kind. Thank you Ted for your outstanding community service - I hope you get to see this message!
I rang to advise my car was stolen. I know there’s not a lot the police can do but the officer I spoke with, SC Donna Coutts, was really kind and sympathetic. She emailed me the police report and at the beginning of it she had typed a personal sentiment along the lines of Hopefully the police or a member of the public will find your car and get it back to you. She didn’t have to add that bit. It was a really nice touch.
One of the best police stations in Victoria. Police were courteous when arresting me and had a very comfortable handcuffing technique. Going back to the station to be questioned was an amazing experience as I was carted away in the beautiful divvy van with very comfortable plastic seating for a party of 4 or 5. Back at the station the interrogation room presented well and when the police left me alone I had a lot of spare time to read the messages scratched into the table and leave my own. All in all a fantastic experience and overall station. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

Constable blake is very rude and did help to do collision report of our damaged vehicle and offender hit and ran away . Cctv cameras were there and he said we can not see any thing .
Very helpful officer. They do best efforts to help everyone without wasting a seconds..
One of the best police station in Melbourne with very friendly staff to help for any enquiry. Been there few times and they are very quick to help for all general public
