Australian Post office delivery people are the most careless and lazy. I ordered my online purchases to be delivered to my office as there is a reception and people all-day, additionally, I put the name of the company in the address to make sure is easier to find but seems like that is not enough because you delivered all my packages to a different address no even in the same street.nOne package was left in a corner in the middle of nowhere not the address I put, other packages were trown through a fence because the place was closed again not the address I put and another package was left again in a wrong address with people working there and they didn't even ask if that was the right place.nAs far as I know, you are not doing us a favour or doing your delivery at a cheap rate to receive such a bad service.nDo I need to check all the neighbourhoods every time I am expecting a package?nWho is going to pay for the damages?nWhat is your compensation?nOn top of that, I tried to call your customer service line and it was a machine. Trust me the less thing an upset client wants is to talk with a machine.nSee the photos below of the place where you left my packages and how different the place where they should have been delivered.
there should be an option for no stars, because that's what that rude blonde who served me today deserves. Can't even process an electronic receipt.......... that screen is easy to understand, they've dumbed it down that much! not for this genius though, got home no receipt, why is australia post the preferred congregation place for the laziest and the dumbest people ....why.... why Aus Post, why!!!!
Is this an 'Australia Post' or 'Australia Collect' service? I remember the days gone by when the postie would deliver things to your door. Now they give you a few days to collect before sending it back
Great service from v knowledgeable staff. I went there to compete passport services and was helped all along the way w the process. While I was there, staff helped another customer choose the most appropriate postage service he required at the best price. Lady serving me was training and it was great to see her getting all the help she needed to learn.
Helpful and accommodating staff. Secure 24h access to PO Box is far better than nearby outlet in Keilor.
