Just spoke with a lady called Steph, very polite and helpful. Organised a hard rubbish collection for me in minutes. Explained the process in detail. Thank you for great service.

Not helpful at all. Environmental waste program needs up grading for example more mulching days ,incorporating green waste collection and more collection from public areas. kept me on hold for 15mins and as soon as some one answered they were in a rush to hung up had the same experience with two different staff members.

**I am writing this on behalf of a Diggers Rest Customer ** This council, like all councils are all about taking our money and with less services provided. I am expected to accompany the rubbish removal worker to the tip because they'll only accept the person who's name is on the Rates Notice that can use the service. These ridiculous rules they've set means the worker has to pay the Tip Fee, charge me and I'm supposed to go in to HCC Office to claim a refund. Being an unwell 78 year old widow, it is very difficult as they won't compromise. Very disappointing and stressful. Thanks for nothing.

The Traffic assets team who conducted a LATM of my local roads are beyond a joke. Bulla diggers rest road, Thompsons lane,Duncans lane, Mcleods road and Edwards road as of 2016 are consistently causing damage to vehicles that use them and are basically death traps (i myself have damaged 4 rims, cracked windscreens and to many paint chips to mention) Instead of tearing up the old pot holed and bone jarring roads of 30 years and making new roads your answer is lower the speed limits, erect stop signs and paint double lines. Adding a bit of crush rock to widen Bulla diggers road is laughable (what about fixing the surface) Then to widen Duncans lane at the T intersection of Bulla Diggers rest road with crush rock is beyond belief you have now turned that intersection into a suicidal corner. Mcleods and Edwards road are so bumpy and beyond repair you might as well tear them up and have graded dirt. But traffic assets has a better idea, they like to waste tax payer money by paying there contractors to fill pot holes and throw crush rock around, Keeping these contractors in permanent work on 5 roads is more important then the residents having basic infrastructure. ( yes i have spoken to the contractors, and they admit all the roads are beyond repair but if someone is so stupid to give away money they will take it) Please tell the residents who allowed the clean fill site on Duncans lane, and who allows all the Trucks to spread there mud for kilometers, then to make it worse you allow the idiot water cart driver to spray water all over the mud., so we as residents get damaged cars and risk ours lives by losing control/grip on Duncans lane and for a kilometer up Thompsons road. PLEASE DO REAL RESEARCH AND FIND OUT HOW MANY CARS HAVE SLID INTO FENCES AND THE ONCOMING LANE. I HAVE GOT A IDEA FOR ROAD SAFETY IN THIS AREA. TEAR UP THE ROADS AND BUILD REAL TWO LANE ROADS THAT CAN SERVICE THE THE CURRENT TRAFFIC DEMANDS .WE HAVE CONSISTENT HEAVY VEHICLES GOING TO THE COUNCIL ALLOWED CLEAN FILL SITES AND THE LOCAL SAWMILL., WE ALSO HAVE TRAFFIC GOING TO THE LOCAL PET MOTEL AND MAJOR TRAFFIC FROM DIGGERS REST AND SUNBURY COMMUTERS TO TULLAMARINE. SUPPLYING STREET LIGHTING WOULD ALSO BE ANOTHER BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE SAFETY ISSUE The council is quick to take our rates but supply nearly nothing. No safe smooth roads, no water ,no internet, no street lighting, no school bus and no parks in my area. All you are doing is risking our lives every day we use your secondary roads. I know deep down not many at council give a $#*& and will only act when somebody gets seriously hurt or dies.

Highly doubt this council could organise a root in a brothel!! They are hopeless at getting something done.
