Unfortunately the personalised service has disappeared. Staff are more interested in unpacking boxes, fulfilling online orders and selecting their own purchases. My last visit I was in store for 20 mins, tried on a range of outfits, and left while the two assistants didn't say a word to me. Such a shame, this store used to have the best service.
Lovely ladies in this shop, very helpful...they didn't have what I was looking for, and kindly directed me to another clothing business. I appreciate their good business, cheers
Package arrived nice and quick couldn’t fault that service Although I did find all the emails a little frustrating and ended up unsubscribing to them as I didn’t think it necessary to get 2-3 emails a day from the same company.

Pre ordered 2 items and got them both a month earlier. Always have great service
More than once have I visited this store and have been totally ignored. Today I took some garments into the changing room. No one checked on me. I came out of the changing room wearing a top, I was trying on. No recognition, no comment. This is not good customer service. Only when I left did the sales assistant speak to me ... Good bye. I won't be returning!

Beautiful clothing, I love the products. But I was disappointed with the service, I found the staff inattentive, they seemed more focused on their screens than the people literally in front of them waiting to purchase. I did not find it a pleasant shopping experience at all.

What an amazing company to deal with. Not only excellent clothing but service that is just outstanding. From the moment your order is received to when that lovely parcel arrives at your home you are kept up to date with what is happening. The welcoming video is such a lovely touch. Thank you lovely ladies..you deserve to do well. By the way my home lee pants are fabulous.. great fit & so comfy
