Very ordinary service. Ordered a new guernsy for my sons birthday with number on back on 22nd April. Took over 45 days to arrive missing his birthday and all I got was “sorry, it was auspost fault”. I then opened item and it had a pulled thread to which I got an offer of 25% discount on my next purchase or return the item for full refund. Wasn’t prepared to send back as Aus Post is apparently so bad. Will probably buy Bombers stuff from rebel in the future. Not at all happy!

I love this place. Whenever I order from them online, 9/10 times I receive my parcel within 2-3 business days.

Absolutely so disappointed with the bombers shop.  Ordered a new guernsey on the 12 may for my husbands birthday on 2 June.  Thought I had ordered in heaps of time. It still has not arrived or been shipped and it’s 26 may.  Due to this I had to cancel so I can find something locally to avoid disappointing him on his birthday.

Love The Bombershop. Great clothes and accsesssories. Love the facilities and awesome car parking. The training fields are excellent and the Hangar in general is great. The old Bomber Shop was great and the renovated one is even better. Definetly 5 stars.

Forcing people out of a job because their personal views are opposing. Pathetic.

Staff very friendly and helpful.  Not everything that is on the online store can be found in the physical shop, and vice versa.  There are a few bargains in the physical store that aren't online.

Wasted my time shopping here with my gift vouchers. I do not trust the Bombershop on line sizes. Did this before and got medium sizes in children's sizes. Not helpful in getting them changed either!

Love the Don's love the shop no brainer.

Drive 3 hours to Melbourne for my son's 8th birthday only to find it closed! 1 mad bombers fan going home in tears. Will reconsider my membership next season.

Ample merchandise available.  Friendly customer service. Easy access form car park. Ample parking. Ideal for interstate Essendon fans and members to pop in via arriving or departing Victoria.
