Alan is an amazing vet and has always treated me and my two dogs with the utmost respect and care. He is extremely knowledgeable and he even tries to save you money where he can. He is always gentle and tries to calm down the dogs before any procedures, you can tell he really cares about animals. The vet nurses have always been patient and capable, they address any further concerns we have and are extremely kind! Would definitely recommend Alan and his team.

Love these guys, they care for our furkids and foster furkids. We live some distance from Blacktown but bypass local vets to go to this one. Can't speak highly enough of Alan and the other vets. They care for the animals first and foremost.

Such nice, understanding, and patient staff. Had a few troubles with my newly adopted 12yo pet (due to being aggressive) but they really handle us well whenever we drop by. So grateful for the services and the affordable prices as oppose to others nearby.

really nice staff, very professional and patient doctor. when i was seeking for advice, vet is always very helpful, but i went to vet too late. too late to do surgery. :(

Thankyou so much for caring for, treating and reuniting a lost, injured puppy. Another local vet refused to help this poor, suffering pup.....but you showed true compassion for living creatures in the way you dealt with this situation. Times of emergencies show the true nature of people and you truly shone!
