If you are fine with never being seen for your appointment on time go to this place! Honestly not once have I ever been seen on time. Always at least a quarter of an hour to  half an hour late. It is mostly due to the fact they are always taking emergencies with animals. That aside the customer service and vets are absolutely amazing! They treat all my animals with such care and love. I would say well worth waiting for.

Amazing vet, highly trusted. I have a pet cockatiel and she has been looked after and treated a couple of times. The vet always has a smile on their faces. Thanks CHV

Exceptionally dedicated and compassionate staff. I had to make the decision to put my rapidly ailing cat to sleep. I am a pretty emotional person and it was very hard to do. All I can say is that leading up to that, their treatment was very good, and they were very compassionate at the final event.

I travel to these vets because they are all in my opinion impeccable at their profession. All so informative passionate and knowledgeable, caring and go above and beyond for the animals they see I want to thank Dr Jana and Dr Ian and Dr Fiona who i know all had a hand in treating my Baby Pete my quaker parrot. Thank you for doing what you do, I assure you you’re seen and appreciated more than you know.

My little man had sprained his leg so I brought him to the canley heights vet. Treated with respect, excellent customer service, and a positive atmosphere. Ted was treated almost immediately with anti inflammatory medication some X-rays and lots of love. Will definitely come back if needed. The veterinarian was also very concise and clear about what is going on and how I should manage the situation from here on out which I found very very pleasing and comforting.

Absolutely amazing people. The office ladies are always so friendly, the doctor is really nice and has helped our bird rescue group out quite a bit. Keep it up guys, amazing service and perfect place for all your animal needs.

We had the best first experience here yesterday, we took Zook our very special B&G macaw here to get his nails trimmed, the veterinarian who looked after us was GREAT! She was nice and friendly and answered any questions we had. she let us come in while she trimmed his nails as we knew zook would feel more comfortable with us there, she told me his in very good health, his got nice feathers his shinny and well behaved. For a macaw. She was surprised that he laid there so calmly and let her trim his nails, she said we’ve done really well raising him. That made me feel like such a PROUD MUM    because I have put so much time and love into making him the amazing bird his become. Love this place we will definitely be back! Girls at reception aren’t so friendly but they won’t stop us coming back.

Absolutely beautiful staff. Very clean environment. My pet was frightened but the customer service was excellent!

DO NOT RECOMMEND ! ! ! , If I could rate no stars for customer service  I would., The old lady who I’m guessing the bad reviews are about who seen our bird was very rudely aggressive and had very inappropriate comments not only towards my bird but myself . I brought my bird here for a check up, not to be lectured about how I care for my bird. If so , the way she delivered her words were as if she’s frustrated at a child.  If you are reading this “Who hurt you ,to become such a  impertinent, insolent disrespectful soul ?!, if you’re not happy to help , then simply don’t work there ,we are animal owners who brought our bird in for a check up ! We care ,hence why we Brought him in.  Check yourself women.
