The first week, we came to vaccinate our new puppy. We were being informed that our big dog was due for his vaccinations.  Before booking our big dog vaccinations. We made sure to let them know that our dog wasn’t friendly with people he does NOT know. They were aware and confirmed to continue to book through his next appointment.  We waited an hour after the original booked time for them to tell us that they couldn’t vaccinate him because he was anxious and aggressive.  They charged us $94 for a consultation and examination, that lasted 10mins, to tell us they couldn’t go near him.  The vet didn’t examine anything.  They could have told us before hand that they couldn’t vaccinate him saving us some time from coming in and paying for a service we didn’t get.  Waste of time, especially if you have an anxious and overprotective dog. It would have been much appreciated if they told us when booking through that they couldn’t provide the service because of his anxiety. But instead they made us wait an hour, for a service they knowingly knew they couldn’t provide.

This time it was good, so much depends on the Vet you get.  We were lucky to have got Barbara this time who was very compassionate & caring as we said goodbye to our beloved pet. Some of our previous experiences have not been this positive.

I rang on saturday at 4pm and was able to get my pomeranian an appointment at 430pm. We saw Dr Anna and she was lovely and very patient with him. He was given 2 injections, special food for his tummy problems and a full check up and it was very reasonably priced. I recieved a text message sunday for another appointment on monday which i assume will be a phone call to check how he is feeling. I was very satisfied. My dog Tigger is not friendly with anyone and is very anxious but she treated him very well. All reception staff and nurses were lovely and friendly too and we didnt feel rushed at all. Thank you. We will be back.

It’s really difficult to find a good Vet that is caring, professional and reliable.  I’ve seen a few of the Vets at Ingleburn Vet hospital for our 3 cats. I find the staff really friendly and engaging, providing clear and reliable information.  Margaret in particular is just great, really gentle with our babies, caring and happy to engage and take time.

Bit of a long wait time despite having an appointment. One occasion of staff asking me to go wait in a room with my dog and a vet would come shortly - we were left waiting for at least 20 minutes before the vet came. Only attended this vet as it was close by, but not my regular vet.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Always a smile and friendly warm welcome from counter staff. Staff have good knowledge and information on the products they sell. The Animal Doctors ensure they spend time getting to know your fur babies and you. They're prepared to give you and your fur babies the time and attention required. They ensure all your questions are answered, giving you as much information as you need.

Very reasonably priced. They take good care off the pets. They spoke extremely direct and didn't hide any costs. Unfortunately my girl had to be put down they caringly talked me through the process and were extremely patient even though I was a crying mess.

Staff there were amazing, seen my lapphund quickly, they were super sweet with him which you don't get at a lot of vets and great price

I have been going here since I moved out to Prestons. I took my older dog here til he passed away at tge beginning of the year. And now I take my new puppy here. The staff care and the Vets are awesome. Very helpful and the do those little extras to make you and your pet comfy while there. They also really explain everything to you so you fully understand what is going on when your pet is sick. Great Vets Great staff check them out you and your pet won't regret it.

Great team of nurses & veterinary professionals - always welcoming and helpful.  My two fur babies dog & cat love Dr Warren!
