The vet I had for my little dog was great. She was helpful with advice and answered most of my questions. The counter/ front staff is not that great. The actual Vet hospital has undergone huge changes and is at the front near the entrance where you drive in. They used to stock the Hills Science Diet food which was great to get from there but they now only carry another brand. Must be a commercial decision. Parking is on site. Overall happy with them and worth the travel to them.
Our cat Bella had been dropped off there over the labour day long weekend. We got a call on the Sunday sayings was there and that we could come in on the public holiday Monday to pick her up. They had started her on medication and she had a vet consult and we were able to get her home with no problems. The staff we wonderful and friendly, very caring. The building is new and clean, it's bright and welcoming. Calming considering it can be traumatic going there. Lots of car spots.
Competent vets who managed to figure out an issue with my cat that other vets had missed. They seem to be much more fairly priced than private vets and offer a big discount for pensioners. They were willing to set up a payment plan for me as well.
I would like to thank Vet Nina for all the help and support she gave us. We lost our boy Oscar, due to his health condition- and Nina really helped us, Now he will tale care of our new lil man- Obi. Thanks Nina, your work is amazing, much appreciated .. your really understood our feelings.
Just booked my new pup Oliver Gary for his second injection. Vicky was friendly, courteous and informative about the difference between a C5 and a C7. Thank you for a lovely phone experience.
Want to say a BIG Thank You to Suzy who operated and looked after Tigi this year. I felt so overwhelmed and upset and felt at ease how Tigi was being looked after at the hospital. She has now fully recovered. Thank you to Suzy and the nurses who kept their eye on her overnight at the hospital and for putting Tigi on the road to full recovery. Forever grateful. Tigi says Meow! Thank You!
Great care with vaccinations! My Rocco doesn't like having his temperature taken!! Usually such a sweetheart, but no touching his poop dispenser!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are thieves and just trying to make money off anyone who doesn’t understand. 1. We were forced to see them when they are not even our preferred vet but they wouldn’t release our dog until we did. 2. They administered medication without getting the ok from us first. 3. The consultation went for 5 minutes just to charge us a fee 4. They charge us almost 3 times what the medication is worth Disgusted. Would not recommend.
Called here as I lived many many many hours away and they were very helpfull
My 14yr old maltese was really ill the vet and nurse that I had were so compassionate Abbey went peacefully. I would like to thank them for their support I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone
