I want to like this place as I respect their ethos about trying to avoid conventional medicine where possible and keep animals diets as natural as possible. Against my better judgement I had been taking my cat here for about 5 or 6 years since they knew his history. Unfortunately I have only had average to bad experiences here with my cat. Most recently, I was told that he needed to have both canines removed and it would cost me $1400, as well telling me he had borderline stage 3 kidney disease based on blood work done here. When I questioned this diagnosis the reply was "well maybe he doesn't and maybe he does" - not confidence inspiring. I got a second opinion based on not only another blood test (which to be fair did indicate a problem) but also a more conclusive urine test, on the strength of which they diagnosed not even a stage 1. More disturbingly, there was absolutely no need to remove the teeth which were perfectly healthy. The visit to the second vet saved me about $1000 in fees (not to mention saving my cat's teeth) and I got a proper, well-balanced opinion and not a knee-jerk reaction. They also keep to appointment times which is rare at All Natural Vet. The bill for wasting my time? $175 - not to mention the worry it caused. My advice to All Natural Vet is simple - work on your bedside manner and don't jump to conclusions based on a 10 minute examination and don't present customers with a massive potential bill before you are absolutely sure of your facts.

I was very impressed at first as they helped my puppy with skin condition, but they are very expensive. I feel like half the time I'm dealing with business people rather than healthcare professionals. Everything costs something- even asking for an invoice sent to an email.. $15! Seriously?! I feel like I'm rushed each time I'm there as consultations are charged per 15 min blocks. If there is something I forgot to ask on the consult, and later on ask about it on the phone, I need to pay another $100 or so for a 15 min chat with a vet. I've spoken to nurses on the phone from other vets before, and they kindly got their vets to speak to me for free advice.. no time restrictions. I also feel like I'm being forced to see them every week or so for check up, and I find this unnecessary, or at least unaffordable! Also not happy that between 2 vets we saw, they had clashing advise. One said definitely no to Malaceb as it's very toxic, and apoquel is practically chemotherapy and we're definitely not prescribing your dog that. Then the other vet, Malaceb is perfectly fine, only negative thing about it is it dries the skin, but if we use the conditioner after then it's perfectly good to use, and then advising me that if the Chinese herbs we were given are not effective, we can look into giving her apoquel again, or a course of steroid! ?!!? I'm seriously confused... and broke...

Owning dogs for over 35 years and now 4 Alaskan Malamutes, I never found a vet I trusted or felt comfortable with.
I have probably visited the majority of vets clinics in the eastern suburbs and across other areas of Sydney, and moved on to another vet after a few visits.
Since I came across All Natural Vets on Lions Road In Russel Lee. I can tell you, this is my final destination. They are the best crew I met, friendly, professional, neat and clean clinic and most importantly excellent veterinary knowledge utilising alternative therapies. my dogs health improved dramatically since I have seen them. Very very recommended by Cause for Paws.

very expensive consultation fee ($290.00) and not a remedy after all, I was given same medication which had already been used before to fix the poor dog's allergy and itching problem. one of the nurses, Sara was her name I think, was nice but they forgot to give me the medication on the day and called me to get there again the day after to grab the meds and not even a simple apology from them to make me go there again because of their negligence and another extra charge for medication as well.
After giving all the tablets to the poor animal, he still has exactly same problem.
