Our experience with Joby’s radiation treatment has been absolutely wonderful! Dr. Sarah and the entire oncology team have been incredibly patient, attentive, and supportive throughout the process. The nursing team showered Joby with love and attention, making every visit a positive one. A special shout-out to Laura, and another wonderful Asian nurse I’m so sorry I forgot her name—their kindness and warmth made such a difference, and Joby was always happy to walk in on his own, which speaks volumes about the care he received. Also, the graduation photos were just too cute! We’re so grateful for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Joby.
The team at SASH were amazing. I cannot thank them enough for saving my little Belle. He come in very sick and things were looking bad but they did everything they could and he is doing much better. The staff are all so friendly and caring. I was kept in the loop about everything and got updates on how my boy was doing. Nothing was a bother at all and I can’t thank the team enough for everything they have done. I would recommend them to anyone. Everything was extremely clean as well. I knew Belle was in great hands. Thank you all again for your help.
Every staff member i have ever come into contact with at SASH has been amazing.nThe level of care is incredible, the staff compassionate.nWe are unfortunately frequent flyers at SASH but every time we have to leave our girl there it comes with peace of mind that she is in the best hands possible.nWe are so incredibly lucky to have a facility like this.
I am so grateful to have access to this world class facility filled with talented and caring vets. We recently had an emergency with our little dog and from the first call we were spoken to with compassion and clarity. When things went from “well bring her in next week” to “she’s getting worse and we’re coming now” the front desk of the ER was notified of our situation, she was triaged rapidly and saw a specialist within an hour. We had a MRI and diagnosis within a couple of hours. Through the whole process our options were explained, questions were answered thoughtfully, and we were given detailed cost estimates. She had to stay overnight and we received text message updates of her condition. I cannot recommend SASH and its team more, they’re exactly what our pets deserve when they are unwell.
It was my first visit to SASH. The building was easy to find and the parking signs lead me to the visitor's parking easily. Once inside, I liked that separate cat waiting area which is where I waited, and I didn't need to wait too much past my appointment time for my vet to become available. Dr Georgina did a thorough inspection of my cat, and I appreciated her perspective on my cat's condition/situation and the plan moving forwards. I also appreciated the assistant nurse who quietly took accurate notes. I was very impressed all up.
