I bought in a native bird that fell for a tree and was injured and the vet was so rude as soon as I came through the door, telling me that how I was holding it wrong in a towel, I was explaining where I found it and what happened and she completely cut me off multiple times and with no sympathy within less then 30sec being there told me she had to kill it and that it was basically my fault for bringing it in. I felt mortified.

It's not your typical veterinarian. The reasoning for my one star is because the vet always chooses to either put the dog down or have an operation. There are other options. A friend of mine's mother went to the vet because she had brought in a stray dog, the vet suggested it to be put down. There are other methods for treating and helping animals.
