You won't find a more dedicated or talented vet than Kay. She always goes above and beyond the usual remit and will move heaven and earth to get the best outcome for your pet. She is extremely knowledgeable but also has a network of Australia's best specialists when further input is needed. All of this came in to play when she saved the life of my beloved labradoodle who will hopefully now live to a ripe old age thanks to Kay's diligence, persistence and skill. You can't get a better recommendation than that!

Kay and all her staff are absolutely terrific :) They are passionate about animals and Kay has been absolutely invaluable in helping us with our pets' health. She also understands what vital members of the family animals are, and was a great support when we found a rescue pup we wanted to integrate into our household. The result - a dog everyone absolutely adores (even the husband who didnt want one).

Given the other reviews, I'm sure that the service is very good once you actually get to see the vet. However having made an appointment as a new customer and turning up on time, I spent the next 45 minutes waiting while the vet attended to the previous customer as well as another customer who turned up to get a quick injection for their pet.

Apparently the previous customer hadn't informed the vet that they were going overseas and therefore their pet had to have additional injections. But surely they should have been made to book another appointment instead of me having to wait and be inconvenienced?

At no point was I told what was going on and how long I should expect to wait so, after 45 minutes of effectively being ignored, I gave up and left to book in at another vet. Even then the staff there seemed oblivious as to why I might be annoyed - very disappointing customer management.

I love that I can always pop into the clinic at any time and get advice! Kay and the team were amazing during a very sad time recently when I lost my pup unexpectedly. Very compassionate, knowledgeable and genuine. I always recommend Sydney Road Vet to everyone.
