Twas a Sunday late arvo and I found a lost dog in Parramatta area. Unfortunately all the vets were closed and baulkham Hills was the next closest I could get to. I gave them a call beforehand to see if I could bring the dog over. They advised me they could scan the dog for a chip and contact the owners, but they did warn me in advance that because I found the dog outside of the hills area, they couldn't keep the dog, which I was ok with. Brought the dog in and the staff was so helpful, scanned the dog and called the owners they didn't pick up but was left a message. Staff called the next day to let me know the owners called back, they made sure that I was ok to share my details before proceeding. Even though i didnt use their vet check up services, im giving my review based off the staff and it was all thanks to the staff and their help that Bernie was able to go back to her family!
I took my 17 year old cat here who was deathly ill with cat flu. The vet who saw him was unhelpful and egotistical. Instead of providing fluids and medication he insisted I test my cat for hypothyroidism. I consented the test, trusting in the vet’s wisdom and my poor cat was so stressed they could not get a blood or urine sample. He insisted I bring him back the next day and feed him lyrica prior to the visit. I had to pay a second consult fee and a fee for the tests, and they still weren’t able to gain a urine sample. That night my poor cat was immobile from the lyrica whilst struggling with his flu. I went back the next day for the results and no surprise, they were negative and he was suffering from cat flu ! Luckily the lady vet who saw me for this consult waved the fee and provided some medication for his flu symptoms. I took him to my regular vet after this and unfortunately he didn’t make it. This was a horrible experience and I would stay away from this clinic.

Make sure you're a regular customer before seeking emergency assistance from this prejudicial Vet. practice. Receptionist asked if wife was a regular customer then told they were fully booked when she replied NO.
Extremely rude staff who verbally abused us for 10 minutes over the phone regarding our cat’s unfriendly nature when inquiring about cat boarding. Very disappointed with this way of handling clients.
The staff at this vet were amazing. I was driving home one day after work and saw this little fella on the road. Picked him up and googled for the closest vet. I went in with the bird wrapped in a t-shirt and staff dropped everything to take the bird and get him looked over. They took my details and called me a couple days later and told me he is recovering with wires. Thank you again for having such beautiful and helpful staff and thank you to the patients in the wait room that were understandable about the situation.
We had a problem with our daughters dog whilst looking after him and we couldn't get him into his usual vet. This vet was so compassionate and although they were fully booked actually double booked us in to be able to see us that day. They were able to operate the next day and our daughters precious dog has fully recovered. Our daughter will now be using this vet in future.
Please do not take your pet here. Worst most rude and insulting service I have ever experienced
Very convenient vet in the Baulkham Hills area. They are open till night time and the vet who looked after our pet bunny is really emphatic and listens. The receptionists are also polite and patient even if I had called a few times to ask or to reschedule the appointment.
Baulkham Hills Veterinary Hospital provides the best service that is available across Sydney. Their level of care, love and kindness they show to clients and their pets is at an impeccable level. I was fortunate enough to have Navang as my Veterinarian who really helped me a lot in starting off my journey as a first time pet owner. Being a person of doubts, concerns and worries, Navang helped me manage all of those emotions and guided me in the right direction to become a profound owner of two stray cats. Furthermore, any time I had concerns or questions Baulkham Hills Veterinary were always a phone call away and provided any answers to my questions immediately. Their costs and services are ideal and provide a sense joy knowing you are getting the right services for the perfect cost. I'm extremely thankful to have found such an amazing support staff, nurses and veterinarians.
