I can't praise Karen, Mark and the staff highly enough. Everyone went above and beyond for my cat Ed. The genuine love and concern the staff here have for the animals is evident in their practice. Thank you all so much for everything!

This was our first time ever being here, we had to have our little puppy vaccinated. Dr Dobson was absolutely fantastic with her, even though our little girl is a very friendly squirmy worm. The other Dr there I didn’t get his name he was finishing up with a patient and as the dog was leaving he gave him extras little squishes, as someone who prefers animals to people this is something I love to see. Really positive experience and our little puppy was so happy with all the treats she got.

I am so pleased I was recommended to you, the staff are so lovely, patient and beautiful. I took my sun conure Pedro to get his nails clipped, he wasn't stressed or worried. My little "burrito" and I are going to be returning for his next pedicure

Super friendly, very affordable, and very flexible with appointments. We’ve taken our new kitten twice this month 1 for a checkup and 1 for her first vaccine, and have received amazing service both at reception and with the vets

Called up to make an appointment and they told me all thier availabilities but when they found out I don't live in the Penrith area they said they couldn't see me cause it's thier "policy". I live in St marys 10 min away

Due to the Sydney lockdown my three week holiday in Queensland extended to four months. My cat was boarding at Railway Row. Seeing she was the only cat there, she was moved into the surgery.  The staff let her run around and gave her cuddles and love. Usually after I go away and she is left there she is clingy for a few days. This time, because of the human interaction she was fantastic. Thank Mark and staff.
