The staff have always been phenomenal when I've had interactions with them. This was my 3rd visit to the clinic and they took the time to help show me how to correctly apply the tick treatment for my cat. They explained things clearly for me, and felt very understanding.nnIt may be a little bit out of the way for me but there's a reason I choose to go to Blaxland over closer vets. And the Staff are it!
Every interaction I have had with the team at Blaxland Vets over the past five years has been professional, compassionate, and of the highest standard of expertise.nnDr Mark has cared for all of our dogs — including our elderly beloved companions — and supported us with great kindness and dignity when it was time to say goodbye.nnDr Craig also provided exceptional care to our chook, treating her with both skill and genuine care.nnJust last week, I dropped off a native bronzewing pigeon, and the team promptly arranged rehabilitation with WIRES — something I deeply appreciated.nnThank you as well for fitting me in at short notice to address an urgent concern. It never goes unnoticed.nnI truly feel blessed knowing our animals are in such capable and compassionate hands.nnThank you so much.
My senior dog Charlie became very unwell with pancreatitis. He was given great care when he was at the clinic for three days. Staff were excellent and caring. I appreciated the updates on his condition and the follow up call after discharge. Thanks to the fabulous vet nurses and vets.
I took Molly into to be checked because I was concerned about her suddenly developing puffy eyes. It was an unscheduled visit but I was told to bring her straight in. Within minutes of arriving Molly became very unwell & she was scooped up and taken straight in for emergency treatment. That prompt attention and skilled intervention saved Molly’s life. Thank You Dr Craig & All staff involved with her and My!! care.nI’ve taken my animals, and animals belonging to various family members to Blaxland Veterinary Clinic for many years and have always been more than satisfied with their care and kindness. I’m forever grateful that I was able to take Molly straight in to be seen. She had never been there before but was treated like she is family … which she is. They saved her life.
Our beautiful bunny Frankie wasn’t herself, we were able to get an emergency appointment at Blaxland Vet, even know we hadn't been there before. Thankfully, Mark was able to see her, and the care he gave was outstanding. Every member of the team was kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. Frankie is now doing great and back to her happy little self. Thank you to Mark and the whole team — you’re amazing. Love your work!
