Today I was shopping with my baby and two 6 year olds and accidentally dropped a box of stationary pins at the self check out that went all over the floor.nThe two ladies working at the self checkout were so lovely and helpful and kept reassuring me accidents happen as I was super embarrassed.nI just want sincerely thank the two ladies so much for their kindness and exceptional customer service.

Fantastic Shopping Experience at Big W Underwood!nnI recently visited Big W at Underwood and had a delightful shopping experience. The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the wide variety of products available. Whether it's clothing, homeware, or electronics, everything is stocked and well-presented.nnThe customer service was top-notch! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially at the checkout, where I received quick and friendly service. The store also has a great layout, which makes shopping stress-free and enjoyable.nnI was particularly impressed with the affordable prices without compromising on quality. Big W at Underwood is definitely my go-to for great deals and a pleasant shopping environment. Highly recommended!

I had a few items from around the store & walked into the beauty section. this section was very well ordered, shelves full & products well displayed. the staff member ELAINE said I could pay for my other items at same time as items I found there. she was very professional & friendly. when I left the section I remembered another couple of items i needed from stationery & kitchen but when I went to checkouts there was no staff available on checkouts & people lined up at self serve. I walked back to beauty section & asked Elaine if I could pay there again as I won't use self serve counters. she happily helped me & I left a satisfied customer. you need more staff like this & less self serve machine crap... if i had to wait & use the self serve counters o would have left extra items on a shelf...

Absolutely appalling service, a click and collect that wasn’t collected because I couldn’t get anyone to service me at the SERVICE DESK! So I purchased directly off the shelf, waited weeks for refund but no reminder to collect, then receive an email stating you item has been collected… well it hadn’t by me at least… they never have staff around to assist or serve

We visited the store yesterday and had a very unpleasant experience at the exit. This is my local store, so this was especially disappointing. My son was sitting on a buggy/tricycle, and as we were leaving, I picked up my son along with the buggy. A staff member named Karen snatched the buggy/tricycle from my hand and said we couldn’t take it outside. At that moment, another staff member who was already checking my receipt came over and confirmed that I had paid.nnThe issue wasn’t the policy — it was the way it was handled. She should have asked the customer first instead of grabbing something from my hand. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not apologise and instead commented that they don’t leave them and that kids cry when they are taken away.nnStaff need proper customer service training and respectful communication.
