Standing at service with an empty trolley waiting for 10 mins whilst TWO staff member walked past me SAW me and proceeded to go out the back and not return. Until another customer came and advised to push the button. A button that is HARDLY visible to paying customers and when I expressed this to BROOKLYN. I didn't even get a word in return from her more annoyance that I was there bringing up a issue within the store. Worked in retail for 15 years. Treat your paying customers better. They pay your wages remember that!
Awesome work from the young man Albert Du, few days ago kmart was on fire but he risked his life to run into the store to SAVE my life. A great example of altruistic young man, who puts others infront of him. This young man truly deserves a raise.
As good a Kmart experience you'll get in Brisbane; the store is usually well stocked, the layout will be familiar if you've been to almost any other Kmart, and it's usually kept fairly clear and tidy. They didn't have stock of a handful of items I was chasing, but they did have everything else I wanted.
Lovely. I was looking for a Multi-Zone Underlay and called ahead. They kept the item for me at the Service desk. Big thanks Ms L.
I've always loved shopping at Kmart. There's such a variety to choose from AND so reasonably priced. They cater for all sizes in the clothing sections and staff are so cool. If you're looking for something in particular, I reckon 99% of the time, Kmart will have it. If they don't, it's most likely sold out, in which case one needs to wait for next shipment to arrive or staff will look up on their phone to track down one of their stores to enquire if your item is available. Happened to me yesterday and sure enough, the Kmart in Sunnybank had what I needed. Choice!!:
Parking signs made us go to a rooftop parking and the actual entry to Kmart was so far. Shirt we bought for a funeral was expensive and it wasn’t even great quality but we needed something at the last minute.
Pleasant staff with the usual range of K mart products good specials in store
The most ridiculous Kmart I’ve ever been. The customer service was horrible. The male manager at the inside customer service kiosk was not being helpful at all.
service was good, store was quite messy. But Luke was an amazing help, he had such a cute smile and presented himself very well. We had a nice old chat, give this man a raise!
Tried hard to find any good reason for the change in paying at KMart. No matter how positive I try, I find it a huge backward step for customer service. Like Coles, if they want to remove as much interaction with the customer, online shopping is cheaper and more convenience and the competition is much better.
