Big store but can do better in customer service department. We were looking to buy a push bike and had few questions. We were told that someone will come and assist us. However, we waited around 15 mins and no one showed up. So we left without getting the bike.

Big and spacious and lots of variety. Only bad thing for me and my Mum is that we couldn't find cases for our phones. iPhone X and Samsung Galaxy S8+ Some staff were also very stuck up toward us but was a nice shopping experience in the end.

We had a pleasant shopping experience here and were very happy with the sales staff who offered helpful assistance without being asked and we managed to pick up some bargains as well. All round a great day ending with a speady checkout exit .

Went to big W Broadmeadows today to take back a electronic product that had been recalled as hazardous in 2014 however l only have recently found out about the recall so l went into Big W to return the item...The store Manager Matt & the young men at returns counter were so helpful & more than happy to assist.. They had it all sorted out within minutes gave me a full refund without hesitation..l would have to say the customer service l received today was absolutely awesome it was 2nd to none...l would highly recommend big W Broadmeadows for all your shopping needs..And would give them a 5 out of 5 for customer service...Thanks heaps to Matt & the young fella at the returns counter l truly appreciate your assistance in getting this matter resolved for me in no time at all.. Love shopping here. It contains most of your basic needs. And it's in a very convenient location as well close to bus and train stations. You're dollar will go a long long way.

Not very good to b honest I was enquiring about a bike in a catalogue and they were not very helpful at all I could see in the store room they had more of the bike I was after but the woman serving me wasn't to fused about checking or I guess making a sale. If it was there I definitely would have got it because as soon as I left there U went to the Epping store and got the bike from there

We visited Big W last Saturday to the Tec section. We were served by Henry. He was fantastic. He went out of the way to get what we wanted. Well done. Please keep it up

Great place to shop. Only problem is when you go in for one thing, you come out with many. Good bargains and a wide variety of items. Love it.

I do alot of click n collect.. AFTERPAY or home delivery and never once had any issues with BigW.. And if i ever needed a refund or replacement No Questions Asked.. they just complete my request
