Everything for home, beauty, fashion is so great at TKMAXX BROADMEADOWS. I really like the lady cashier Namir I think she’s so keen in appreciating stuff I buy from the place. So happy they have all the hampton style french provincial home decor. Christmas themes found here at broadmeadows. Nice and neat
I like this store because you can find brands that are less prices from the original store . I like The quality of the clothes. All items are amazing. I bought some toys also, my kids enjoyed playing with it. It's really the best shop you need. I advise you to visit this beautiful shape and enjoy
my favourite tk maxx in the area ! the staff are absolutely lovely, always happy to help with items & questions. the layout of the store is easy to navigate and very tidy
Extremely disappointed with the customer service. These people have zero respect for customers and team up and yell at customers, speak with a rude tone, then proceed to argue with customers when they’ve made a mistake. The two customer service representatives Sema and Najah, I believe that’s what their names were, were beyond rude. I really hope the manager or person in charge reprimands them and coaches them on their customer service skills. I was not the person who experienced this but it was my parents who were treated this way and i was in the queue behind them, waiting for my turn. So glad I was assisted by Gizem who was very friendly and greeted me with a bright smile. They need more people like this instead. Also I have attached my receipt to this review to show i was there at the time of the incident and witnessed the encounter.
