I visited Kmart today and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the products they had in stock. They had everything from clothing and accessories to home decor and electronics. The prices were also very reasonable and competitive. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The opening hours were convenient for me, as they opened at 8 am and closed at 10 pm. I would definitely recommend Kmart to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.
Extremely poor customer service. Every team member I spoke to had an attitude and was overall rude. When I asked for help they acted like I was the biggest bother and laughed at me when I walked away. Do better, kindness is free!
literally so disgusting, drinks and rubbish EVERYWHERE, no makeup stock at all, stuff spilt all over the floor.nsaid they had what i wanted online so i went OUT OF MY WAY to go there to find out they don’t actually manage their online stock and i wasted fuel for nothing.nnever going here again.
I have visited store today and witnessed such a terrible incident where the blue vest guy RISH managed to see his name badge who was harassing his team member don’t know her name.nIt was quite embarrassing watching him talk to his staff like that where other people can hear him toon. I could see tears in her eyes. Hope she’s ok and hope that men gets some training from his seniors so he can manage his anger and not ruin mental peace of others. Shame on you RISH.
Had amazing customer service from Hendia. Thank you and will definitely come back for her great serious
