I visited Kmart today and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the products they had in stock. They had everything from clothing and accessories to home decor and electronics. The prices were also very reasonable and competitive. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The opening hours were convenient for me, as they opened at 8 am and closed at 10 pm. I would definitely recommend Kmart to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.
Today the lady in customer service was very rude. There was one jeans on half price she literally called other staff to go and find out weather it’s actually or not, as like we have put the tags on. We literally wait more then 10 minutes. Such a disgusting customer service.
literally so disgusting, drinks and rubbish EVERYWHERE, no makeup stock at all, stuff spilt all over the floor.nsaid they had what i wanted online so i went OUT OF MY WAY to go there to find out they don’t actually manage their online stock and i wasted fuel for nothing.nnever going here again.
I just want to personally mention Ruby for great customer service. She approached me to offer a basket, she could see I had my hands full and also assisted me with another query. Ruby was super nice and helpful.
When I brought my children to Kmart Broadmeadows in search of a specific item for my son, I usually find that staff are unable to assist me. However, yesterday was a pleasant surprise. I received help from one of the most exceptional Kmart employees, Husyien. He was an absolute legend. I will always hope to be assisted by outstanding individuals like him. Great job, mate! I truly hope Kmart acknowledges the exceptional leadership displayed by Husyien.
