Staff genuinely have no clue what they are doing. Paid extra for instant photo prints and ended up waiting an hour because the rude girl fixing the machine didn't know what she was doing and then kept telling us we couldn't print in a different size due to the machine being out of order. The next customer printed in a different size and it printed within 1 minute. Kept being told to try again so paid 4x the price for 1 photo because there was no one at the customer service desk for a refund. Actually can't fathom the stupidity.
This store is beyond a joke. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I can not believe how horrible this store is.nI stopped in here today to get some household essentials and in the first minute I was almost ran over by a team member with a rack full of women's clothing . She was paying no attention to her load or her surrounds. From there I went to try and find a shirt and underwear only to find that this store apparently has done away with any clothing over a 3 xl. When going into the pet section there were many products in the wrong place and many with no posted price. As I was heading to the front of the store to pay I went past kids clothes and kitchen ware in both of these areas there were products on the floor. Many unpackaged products and alot of gaps where products should be. When I got to the registers there was 1 sullen team member trying to man 7 self serve registers. For each customer he had to keep going back behind the counter to get bags as there were none that the customers could get to. The only good thing about this store was the lovely and friendly greeter. To try and find out what was going on and to express my displeasure at how badly this store is running I tried to call and talk to a manager. Besides being told by a machine over 24 times that a team member was on their way to take my call on 6 seperate calls back to the store I have still not been able to talk to anyone. I am appalled at the level of laziness and incompetence in what is supposed to be a quality store.
’d like to recognise the outstanding work of the management team at Kmart Campbellfield, especially Maryam the manager Their professionalism, customer-first attitude, and commitment to keeping the store running smoothly truly stand out.nEvery time I visit, the store is well organized, staff are friendly, and any questions I have are handled quickly and respectfully. Maryam consistently goes above and beyond whether it’s helping resolve an issue, ensuring shelves are stocked, or simply creating a positive environment for both customers and team members.nIt’s clear that their leadership plays a big role in the store’s great atmosphere. Kmart Campbellfield is lucky to have such a dedicated manager! Love shopping at Campbellfiled Kmart will Always come here again :
Liz and Joslyn deserve a large raise at this 24/7 Kmart!!!nUnfortunately updates were happening on the self service check outs and thus issues arised for me trying to pay for my items on their counters.... They were both Lovely helpful ladies that still have great customer service qualities after all the yrs of dedication working for Kmart!!!nCheers 2u ladies for the smiles, lol and help
They have amazing customer service especially from Simonea, Mina and Wendy and the boys, helped me throughout my shopping 3rd time being here in all honestly they have made me come all the way from point cook to purchase my stuff from here and their service desk workers always have a smile on their faces great team great Kmart to shop out they truly deserve appreciation for their work!
