I bough the bike for my son and  he rode few rides and we noticed it was faulty. I went to the store and they didn’t accept to refund or fix it even I showed them credit transaction according to their refund policy. They said no more applied! What a ripoff even they advertise their policy for the public at the counter. The girl with with with scarf was  very nice and polite. She tried to help you. But the man came from the back with grumpy face was very very rude. No customer service at all. The scarf girl should be supervisor instead the grumpy man.

This Kmart is the worst Kmart I’ve ever been too in my life. It is unhygienic and has hardly any stock in many sections of the store. Don’t even get me started on the beauty section. Absolute disgrace, I felt Ill walking through it. Rotten old food and drinks left on shelves other than the fact is completely disgusting there is no stock on the shelves. A lot of the stock is actually destroyed and on the floor. My friend and i were beside ourselves, we had never seen such a scene in a retail store. Won’t be back we don’t recommend coming here.

Worst customer service ever!! The younger staff members specially are very racially discriminatory. Please avoid at every cost, not worth your time and effort to visit such a dirty store and on top of that to receive such rude. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting behaviour. Not experience such racism anywhere else in Melbourne. My suggestion would be please teach the younger staff members some politeness and manners and how to equally treat customers from every race. This is not acceptable behaviour at all. The tone and the arrogance they have is beyond tolerance!!! Disgusting and pathetic!!!

I’ve never left a review before but! 5 stars for the lady with glasses and blonde hair working at the checkout by herself at 11:20am on the 12th of December deserves a pay rise! Not only was she getting slammed by checkouts not working and customers being really rude and impatient but there were much younger staff members throughout the store standing around not doing much at all - 2 of them had a little flirt in front of my partner and I standing in the way of the suitcases we were trying to get to. I understand this message will go no where but I hope the lovely lady who served us sees this message : 1 star for the limited amount of staff you’ve put on at the busiest time of year

This KMart has the worst baskets I’ve come across at any shopping centre ever. Upon leaving the store I am told I can’t take the baskets outside but that I can go and pay $2 to get a trolley from Coles to transfer my items from the store to my car. Which would be great if I had a $2 coin. As someone with mobility issues this is a disgusting shopping experience and it’s OK KMart, I won’t be back. Ever. GFYS.
