Terrible experience and does not care for people. My mum wasn’t feeling well going home and she stopped to get her blood pressure done. The service lady was nice but the pharmacy lady said you need to pay $10.00. Mum was happy to pay and decided to get her prescription. The pharmacy lady was very rude and not helpful asking I need Identification but my mum did not have everything and just made so hard for her. The pharmacy told her to go to the hospital if she is not well. Understand that, but why she could not just take her blood pressure to put her at ease. That’s disgusting and not a person that cares. Just allowed my mum to go away. This happened at 6pm today. My mum went to chemist warehouse and they helped her straight away with everything.
Horrible experience. I went to to this local pharmacy to get statutory declaration attested. I even offered to wait and there was no customer inside the pharmacy. Receptionist was very kind enough to ask the pharmacist who told me off in very rude manners. I respect if they are busy and cannot do but the way I was treated, would never recommend this to anyone.

Check your price carefully. Tried to charge me full price for PBS medication. When I questioned it, price reduced by 50%. Crooks
I have been a customer at this pharmacy for a very long time the staff there are friendly and helpful and always try to do there best to make you happy. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone because they are always there for you.

Anne is amazing. I searched everywhere for my medication evidently a lot of people have hyperthyroidism. Not only did she greet me wonderfully, she gave me a number to text my RX to so it was ready. THEN she was willing to fill my refill so I had a months worth. Just top customer service.
Pharmacist from hell, absolutely terrified from a service from her. A big FAT NO for recommendation.
The staff are so friendly and caring. I always get great professional advice from pharmacist Thu and all the girls. I love it when l walk in and they know my name.
The staff at Campbellfield Pharmacy are fabulous, I suffer from CFS and IBS ,Thu has extensive knowledge on a range of health conditions. She is down to earth and easy to speak to, always providing an informed and holistic approach to my many questions. I wish there were more Pharmacists like Thu!
