Just went into their new location. And met the manager. Horrible manager, poor customer service. As he was assisting me he didn’t even bother to help me properly, told me the quote of the balloons and went back to his laptop to do his own thing. I was about to leave and he said don’t go. So I stand waiting there for a couple of minutes. And then I ask him why am o waiting and he responds “I don’t know why you are waiting”. I just left and on the way I turned back to him and said you have absolutely poor customer service and you are very rude. Will I come again to shop from them? It’s a big NO! This store doesn’t even deserve a one star. But to post this review I am Obligated to click it!!
So I’ve ordered with these people and paid express shipping. Yet they haven’t even put my order as a priority to be posted and to receive it within one to two working days. Then I spoke to the man who works there, and he said it doesn’t matter that I’ve paid express shipping they do the order when they can. He was so rude with no customer service whatsoever. Do not buy from these unprofessional people. They are rude and don’t care that u have paid $15 dollars for express shipping for a reason.
If I could give no stars I would. This customer service from the so called manager is ridiculous! I cancelled my order due same to personal reasons THE SAME DAY I HIRED IT and they charged my $50!!! My event was in 6 weeks from when i hired. Not only that but i go in and they put my order for the wrong date!!!! And claimed me of LYING when i told them thats not the correct date. It’s ridiculous service, rude and not understanding. Should have read reviews before hiring lol so unprofessional and rude! You ask to speak to the manager and they refuse to even tell you who manages the place!!
Absolutely pathetic! Ordered 2 weeks ago and direct debited the total amount and heard nothing back. Called to track the order to be told they were out of stock of that product even though their website still says they have plenty in stock. Offered a refund but when I asked if someone was ever going to reach out to me to tell me that they couldn't fulfil my order their response was "I don't know". I guess they just hope people will forget! Poorly operated and clearly poor processes in place!
Just adding to the chorus of people hating on this business, if you can avoid dealing with them then please do. I ordered specific packaging from them via ebay, and selected Click & Collect as I needed them for this weekend. After the order was completed I didn't receive any response, so I messaged them to request address and when I can pick up. They replied telling me the business is in Campbellfield, when click & collect showed as Reservoir on ebay. It's another 20 mins drive but OK, fine. Showed up yesterday, the manager didn't bother to look at me even after I said hello. He stared at his phone while he asked me what I wanted, and when I showed him my ebay order he instantly told me that half of my order is OUT OF STOCK! I told him I'd driven 30 mins to pick up this stock because I need it this weekend, and his unapologetic, uncaring response was that they're understaffed. He knowingly wasted my time and couldn't even pretend to care about it, there aren't enough words for how furious I am after my interaction with this man.
I’ve been to sweet party supplies a few times now but only after using their toilet facilities will I go somewhere else for me party needs. I have never, and I mean NEVER seen toilets left in that condition. Not only should you be ashamed of yourselves for thinking that that is acceptable, especially when you are dealing with party supplies and touching everything when we haven’t seen the end to the covid pandemic, but when I phoned and explained I would give you the benefit of the doubt, rather than putting in a complaint through the council, you were rude, unapologetic and ended the call abruptly. You obviously weren’t interested in my warranted feedback so maybe you’ll show a little more respect and interest once my complaint with the council catches up with you.
Was disappointed for the order. We bought two sets of mooncake bags that were meant to be the same size but they’ve give the wrong size for one of the sets and when we reached out to them on phone, they simply ignored us. They need to honour exchanges when the product is clearly the wrong item and not what I ordered. This is basic customer service, yet not delivered.
I wish I read the reviews before I ordered from here. I put an order through last week on Wednesday and still haven’t heard if it’s been shipped. Have been calling the contact number all morning and it just goes to message bank. I wouldn’t care but it’s for a kids bday.
They use a shipping company called hunter express and it’s scam! Don’t waste your money like I did.
In response to the below comment. This is ridiculous. I hired these ridiculous cheap stands so many ppl hired these stands so there was so many scratches evidence of glue all over it with cracks on it. I hired it because it was cheap to hire.I returned this and then they tried to blame me for the cracks so they can steal my bond. I already paid to hire this and returned it in once piece and they stole my bond blaming me for cracks. I cannot believe this I hired this because it was cheap to hire but they stole my money. They took $270 for 2 stands and did not give me anything back. the footage only shows from afar of me holding one stand that has the minor damage no proof it was it was in good condition . I have lodged a file against you with VCAT-Which you could potentially get charged extra fees by VCAT for work incurred to claim this. I did not sign any contract before paying for this bond and hiring. I have been advised this is an unfair contract term and you have breached section 23 for omission. You have omitted that important information Legally you cannot force us to pay $200 without signing any contract or have me sign to confirm it’s in good condition before hiring. I am in The process of speaking to all the people that has left bad reviews and had the same experience as me and in discussion to take this to court as a group as I can see the comments below there’s other ppl where their bond has been stolen. VCAT will be in contact with you soon and there will be extra charges on your end to proceed. Good luck. I can cancel w within 7 days.
