Terrible customer service and crap quality. Purchased a Louis Vuitton cake stencil online - $30 incl shipping.nnThe stencil looked nothing like what was online - design and spacings completely different.nIt was also just shoved in the postage satchel with zero cardboard or anything to prevent it from being damaged during transit so it arrived bent.nnEmailed three times to show proof of what had arrived and what was online and zero response. Tried calling and no answer.nnSave your money and go elsewhere.
The customer service here is honestly shocking. The lady behind the desk was so rude, had zero communication skills, and didn’t even try to be polite. Her attitude was disgusting and made the whole experience super uncomfortable.nnThey had what I wanted, but the way they treated me was so bad I just walked out. The guy behind the counter was just as bad, he was rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful.nnAfter checking the reviews, it’s clear this isn’t a one-off thing, which says a lot. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I have spent alot of money here in the past. The girls at the front are lovely but management is extremely rude, unprofessional, rushed and disgusting. Mt recent experience was horrible, My back boards came absolutely disgustingly dirty, they forgot my acrylic, the most important part, and when asked for a refund they tried to blame their dirty back boards on me. I am actually horrified about this. I have been a customer for a long time and the lack of care is absolutely disgusting. Their show room is also filthy. If you want cheap and nasty this is the place to go.
Annoyed and disappointed. I ordered a bunch of helium balloons bouquet for my partners 50th birthday. Ordered 2 days prior to pickup date. Received confirmation of order being processed and to pick up at any time although you could specify a timeframe which i did 11.30-12pm.nnI arrived at 12.30pm, left my newborn at home with my mum to pickup the balloons for my partners 50th and they didn't have my order at all. They simply said sorry we can't make it now. They also didn't offer any thing in terms of a replacement.nnI felt annoyed that i had wasted my time driving 20 mins and now would need to spend time organising balloons from someone else, last minute on the day of the party.nnLuckily for me the owner/manager arrived and they decided they could do the order after all. I had to wait 30-40mins for it as they needed to print a sticker and blow up the balloons for the bouquet. The sticker placement was creased in places, probably because they had to rush it.nnNot sure why they have an online order system that takes your money but then don't prepare what you paid for, and ensure it's ready for the date/time confirmed.nnThe party shop itself is great. I'll give them that. One stop shop for everything party and a massive range including all types of celebrations cultural too. I would just recommend if you order balloons online to call and make sure they received it and call before you pick up to confirm its ready or even started before you leave home.
Terrible customer service. I called to ask when my order would arrive as it has been over 7 days now they said 2-3 days originally, so I called to check. They said they have no control over delivery, they couldn't look up the tracking number because it took up too much time and hung up!!
