I recently visited this furniture store on a weekday, specifically in search of a couch and outdoor furniture. The store boasts a good range of furniture options, which was quite impressive.nnHowever, my experience was somewhat impacted by the staff's behavior. It seemed like they were more focused on socializing and having fun among themselves, which made it a bit challenging to approach them for assistance or inquiries.nnOn the bright side, the availability of free parking space was a welcome convenience. In the end, it's a decent place to explore furniture options, but I hope for a more attentive staff on my next visit.
So they have some nice furniture here, but from our experience with our leather theatre couches they don't last very long at all. I'd prefer to spend the money elsewhere and have furniture last.nThat old saying, you pay for what you get!
Don’t trust them!!!!! Bought an adjustable bed delivered with missing parts then they did changeover and same issue, we asked for help but they helpless they know nothing about their furniture!! Went back and asked for refund they told me that will process it in 2 days. Long story short went back today as its been more than 2 days THEY DONE NOTHING ABOUT THE REFUND WAS STILL ON HOLD unprofessional they told me that will contact me ASAP very disappointed and will never come back to buy from there just want to get my full refund it’s easy!!!!
I’ve had such a negative experience with Amart Campbellfield. I enquired to pick up the first time a click and collect three weeks ago and then found out that the store gave me the wrong open times. I called a week later and was told to come back for click and collect on a Saturday. Turns out they were closed on Saturday and I was given misinformation a second time. It was only on the third attempt that we could pick up. When we went in store we walked up to the front counter and were not acknowledged on both the first and second visit. We were standing there looking at the team members who were doing literally nothing and ignored us. Worst customer service. Bad communication and no acknowledgment when I gave the feedback. Do not shop here.
