The worst customer service. And looking at other reviews, I'm not the only one who thinks the same. Sadly, management don't care!nA few months ago, I wanted to buy 2 anti-fungal creams. The girl at the register refused to let me buy them as their limit is 1 per person. I asked if I needed to speak to the chemist like when I buy strong pain killers from behind the counter and show ID. She said no as it was a store rule. I asked if bombs could be made with them or if there was a shortage because it was an odd rule. And she again said no. I asked to speak to the chemist and guess what! She said no! So I left all my items and vowed never to return. I went across the road to the chemist next to Kmart, who thought the rule was ridiculous and purchased 3 with no issues!nUnfortunately, I had to get some ID checked through Parmacy I.D. and they were one of 2 nearby. I preselected them as they were the most convenient. As I work 8-5pm, I could only get there in the evenings. They refused to complete the verification because it was after 5pm! I asked what other options do I have as i can only get there after 5. She was rude and dismissive and I let her know that it wouldn't take any longer than if someone came in after me to fill a script. But no, she and the chemist refused and told me to call the next day to make an appointment. I called the next day, and the girl on the phone REFUSED to make an appointment and advised they only complete the ID verification between 10am and 4pm, contradicting what the rude lady said the night before. I frustratingly argued with her and said they need to put that in writing when selecting the chemist so I have the option to go elsewhere. I rang Pharmacy ID agency and informed them and they were horrified as they pay this chemist to do the verification. They kindly changed it to a different chemist so I could complete it.nNever going back!
I attended the store requesting pain relief. The pharmacist was ever so helpful in getting tge right meds.Michael the cashier was there ever so friendly.as well. Located just off main highway. Plenty of parking 20 stars today.
Tried this store 3 to 4 times in last couple of years and always had a bad experience.nnToday, Went there at 6:40 pm and the guard did not allowed me to enter saying they are closed, although the store timings mentioned are 7 pm so never trust their mentioned store time. He does not understand English so forget about communication.nnSolution: went to Coles opposite to this store to get formula milk and you can get over the counter pain killers etc there as well.nn2. Chemistware house broadmeadows branch is the best alternative with excellent customer service and store timings as it closes at 9 pm.nn3. There is a chemist in olsen place broadmeadows and another at Barry road.nnSo try your best to avoid this store completely and if you have to go there then be prepared that you will find it difficult to choose who was bad and who was worse in this store as you will experience worst experience from store entry to pharmacist and then check out. Try your best to avoid. Cheers!
Always clean and well stocked. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Good place to get prescriptions filled during the week because of low customers in store. Five Stars.
Got here at 6:53, all signs say they close at 7:00. I was refused entry by security. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Absolutely pathetic.
