The pharmacist was rude. She fumbled with her words. She said the policy was no medication return more than half an hour when we said we haven’t been more than half an hour. She simply said no. She was passively rude. The medication was worth $250 and it was going to waste. We explained the doctor gave us the wrong prescription and we’re getting a new one in half hour. She then changed her words and said we do not return any medication. She didn’t know the policy and said she was “trying to be nice” at the start, but was just playing a game. The other pharmacist understood but she wouldn’t let her talk. This rude pharmacist wore glasses and name starts with a r. I am never coming back again, if she doesn’t know even know what she’s doing. Even other customers were shocked with the attitude she gave us.

I was refused my blood pressure medication despite having a valid written prescription. The pharmacist also asked to see my flight details before dispensing a two-month supply, which I found unnecessary and inappropriate. Very disappointing experience, especially for essential medication. They’ve done this before when I required different medication, interrogating me about why I need it. I don’t have this problem at other chemists. Disgusting service

I went to Chemist Warehouse today, and the security guard was standing near the door. When I entered, he came up to me and looked at me like I was trying to steal something. This is the second time it has happened—last week and today. It was the same person wearing glasses. This was really wrong and made me feel very bad.

Such a rude manager. Just asked for how many max baby formula i can buy. Her response was so rude. Never ever come back to this chemist warehouse.

Just left this store. Absolutely pathetic service. I was the only costumer standing at the click and collect counter no other customers when I arrived.  Which is where it says to queue. The register operator ignored me. Even while looking right at me. Didn’t acknowledge me or say hello even after saying I had a click and collect she served 6 customers after a queue started forming. At that point I left to get another team member which then directed me back into the other queue which was now very long. I could’ve been in and out in 30 seconds..  and when I asked why she didn’t serve me she just said oh. Yeah. Sorry. With attitude.  I’m baffled. What terrible service and I work in retail and there’s absolutely no excuse for that. Even the fact that the other two girls I approached for help just lazily told me to wait there and called out “it’s click and collect” instead of just serving me is disappointing. Ruined my day.
