Paid 5 dollars extra to write on the cake for a baby shower. When we opened the box, no one could read a single word. terrible writing. and they missed the "r" in congratulations.so embarrasing. The cake tasted great though.

Cakes are really good but the staff at campbellfield are soooo slow!!!i look quick service but I had to wait ages for a cake I brought on there online web site.

Nice lady serving out the front. Asked her if I could pay for a helium balloon to be blown up and she checked with the manager who said they wouldn't do it unless I brought one. Already spending 30 dollars in store. For the sake of 30 cents worth of helium. Very unhappy wouldn't go back again.
