Not the greatest experience. Nothing wrong with the staff and selection of products but it sucks having to remember to bring your dollar coin if you want to do a decent shop. This makes it a challenge as you have to navigate an insanely busy car park yes Kmart opens until midnight so heaps of traffic. There are also no pedestrian lanes in the car park making accessibility a nightmare as you have to watch for cars parking / reversing. I detest this coin policy and all shoppers that go there should rise up in protest because of this. I mean Reservoir has a no coin policy and you can simply get a trolley, shop and return it to a bay easily. Why treat shoppers from Campbellfield like this? It just makes the whole experience quite crap honestly and I dread going shopping there. The solution is simple. Upgrade your security camera network if you are worried about theft of your precious trolleys then everyone can enjoy coin free trolleys like the rest of Melbourne. I mean who even steals trolleys anyway for crying out loud.
Went there all the way to buy some coconut only for 18 coco but arrive there due to personal staff rush for going home.. can't enter to buy 11.54pm... well if ask me to wait extra 1 to 5mins due to a customer that can spend money for items they want directly no shopping just for the particular item I would assist that client for the company's im working for. If I'm expecting wages raise or upper position I must put my company funds priority.! In the end today cashier and the guy at the door have a date I assumes cant even pay for a coconut for 3 box which is a value of 50dollars.. doesn't matter here service like that I just go to burwood to buy
Worst Coles I've been to in Oz. I detest going but it's the only one open late while it's like a screaming child festival near midnight. There's no etiquette amongst the staff.. telling us all about their private affairs. I've had the checkout overcharge me. Always keep your receipts! The food choices are limited so you can hardly have organic foods and products of higher quality/ingredients. It's like being in some 3rd world country amongst the mess really. Filth, theft and stench.
Worst customer service I have ever received. A conglomerate that doesn't value a customer or goodwill because they know you need to shop for food for the rest of your life!!nI spoke with a girl who put me on hold for 25 minutes, then disconnected. I called back and automatically disconnected, like someone picked up the phone and hung up. I called again and got disconnected.nObviously a supermarket as big as Coles does not need to offer excellent customer service because we need them, but to be treated so rudely is unacceptable!
Jasmine at the self serve checkout had exceptional customer service skills and was very helpful and patient as I am autistic I really appreciated her compassion God bless you
