Large supermarket with sufficient supply, wide selection, friendly staff and spacious parking lot.
I am a regular shopper here at campbellfied coles. I haven't had any issues generally as I find what I need. I usually like to use the trolley assisted self serve belts. However, in the last 6 months or so there has only been 1 open out of 3. I asked several times why they are closed, only to be told that the store manager doesn't want them open, which is ludicrous. Today I was told that they don't have the staff. Whether I go Friday, Saturday or Sunday 2 trolley assisted self serve isles are always closed having to line up and wait for that 1 trolley assisted self serve isle. Meanwhile my icecream is melting. It's an absolute joke!! Ishak, you are the store manager, maybe you need to take a look at the way you manage your store and keep customers happy rather than super frustrated and do something about it!!!
I used to go here as it is conveniently on the way home.nHowever, they removed most of their plant-based burgers, sausages, mince etc, so I now shop elsewhere.
Like other Coles it's also the same thing...is located is cambelfied shopping center, it an easy access for people with own vehicle but public transport is poor...nColes is big and got range of item...nAnd what I like most from this Coles is the fruit nectar sold here, for some reason I have only seen this product in this Coles, I tried other Coles but they don't seem to have it...a good reason to visit time and again...nOn the first few visit, I thought this Coles was little bit randomly arranged but now with getting used to it, I feel no such thing...nOver all this a good market place for shopping...
big coles so many aisles to choose your desired items.nstaff is very good they help you. but most of the times they seem very busy. hard to find someone if you need any help. over all this coles is better than many other coles. huge parking is available
