April 2024 - The service from Rhiannon was excellent from when I first called to check if the store had the product I wanted actually in store, to when I checked out regarding the price matching so 5 stars for her service.nThe 3 stars is because there was not one staff member on floor to help anybody, and when I did ask a staffer at the printing area re. the product I wanted, she told me officeworks don't sell that product at all. That side of it was very very bad, and if not for Rhiannon, the rating would have been a 1 star 0 stars if that were an option.
I can't believe this has 2 1/2 stars. The staff here have been so nice to me every time I've been. Today, I had such a nice experience with Dilanga hope I spelt her name right. She helped me on numerous occasions while I was there, and even helped me carry my purchases to the car! Definitely 5 stars for Lovely helpful staff, and a fantastic range of products.
Wake up management. Your printing department is majorly flawed in the way it runs. I come in multiple times every week and waiting 30minutes to 1hr just to get served. I'm waiting now in line and once again you have 1 staff running the show. Get with it management and to top it off everytime a job is booked in and completed I have never received a message to confirm the job is complete.
7:45pm today. 13 customers waiting to be served and one girl trying to serve in the printing area. Better Officeworks shuts the printing facility down. Went there trying to collect my print order from a week ago but got told they don’t even print them here and have no clue when they’ll arrive. Much better and quicker to use online platforms for printing. Cheaper and stuff gets delivered home. Pathetic service. Similar experience at the maribyrnong store as well.
Maneesa was awesome, she helped us a lot. We are really impressed. She helped us out of the way with so humble attitude. We recommend her to be the Manager
