Today, I returned to the store, and a helpful male staff member promptly exchanged my printed game covers at no charge. This excellent customer service has fully resolved my concerns, so I’m happy to update my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.nn**Disappointed with Officeworks printing service. Long 30-min wait in queue with just two staff taking too long. My game covers printed fine but were stacked and cut to the smallest size, ruining the rest. Expected professional results. Upsetting on principle. Doesn’t matter how much I spend; it’s the time I wasted.**
Management is so poor, only one girl is so good, she helped me a lot. Other girls and boy no help even not listening. Her name is Suleekha she is the best and best customer service.
It’s awful !Turned up at Officeworks at 7:00am, the time clearly advertised as opening, only to find the doors locked. Another customer was also waiting. We stood outside until around 7:20am when staff finally arrived.nWhen I politely asked a staff member, I was told the store “won’t be open until we’ve prepared for it a few minutes , alright .” - not alright !!!nFrankly, that response was stupid, dismissive and unprofessional. If you publish an opening time of 7:00am, customers should be able to rely on it.nThis isn’t just about convenience – it’s about trust. People plan their mornings around those hours, often with urgent work to complete. Failing to honour published times not only wastes customers’ time but also damages the image of the service you claim to provide.nVery disappointing. A professional business should be able to meet the basic standard of opening when it says it will.
nOfficeworks ReviewnSuper easy online printing service! Uploading files was straightforward, and my order was ready in no time. Pickup was smooth and hassle-free — everything was printed exactly as expected. Great option for quick, reliable printing when you’re on the go.
Worst service ever. Staff was very rude. They didn’t even care to ask for flybuys and one pass. They were trying to send us off. When asked to scan our Flybuys they said it’s too late. Staff had very rude and arrogant attitude towards the customers. We got apple product from them but they didn’t even ask for a bag. Don’t even want to give 1 star.
