Today, I returned to the store, and a helpful male staff member promptly exchanged my printed game covers at no charge. This excellent customer service has fully resolved my concerns, so I’m happy to update my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.nn**Disappointed with Officeworks printing service. Long 30-min wait in queue with just two staff taking too long. My game covers printed fine but were stacked and cut to the smallest size, ruining the rest. Expected professional results. Upsetting on principle. Doesn’t matter how much I spend; it’s the time I wasted.**
CUSTOMERS SHOULD FEEL WELCOMED NOT IGNORED.nVery poor customer service at this store. One staff member made me feel extremely uncomfortable by constantly watching me in an angry, suspicious way, as if she thought I was stealing. This continued even when I was outside the store.nnWhen I approached her to ask for help, she barely spoke and only replied with “mm,” showing no interest in assisting or explaining anything. No eye contact, no effort, no basic customer service.
The staff there the best, I had bought a faulty item form another officeworks and when I went back they where rude, dismissive and argued with me the whole time about getting my refund. This store was the greatest they were nice from the start to the end, actually let me speak and helped me. Devlyn specifically was great he was actively listening to me and was able to identify the fault without of accusing me of lying like the previous location.
The staff are amazing. The rating is against the store and management. I have visited this store on extremely hot days and there was no airconditioning at all. It was cooler outside than inside. This has been the case for over 3 years. This is shocking for the management to be putting their staff and its customers through this while sitting in a cool office. I am surprised a work safe has not yet been through for an inspection. Please be human and treat your staff and customers like humans. I think the staff and customers will be happier when not subjected to unbearable temperature conditions.
Management is so poor, only one girl is so good, she helped me a lot. Other girls and boy no help even not listening. Her name is Suleekha she is the best and best customer service.
