IHad a complete Hip replacement at The Spire, care of N.H.S. n discharge i had a swolen knee. Taken to H.R.I. 9 hours on a trolley . knee no problem found. 
I was lucky enough to be transferred to The Beverley Hospital. 
It is run like a clock, excellent staff and doctors. Food is supurb. 
I was allowed 7 days. With physio and treated like a human being i did not want to go home. I was able to walk very well after all the excerises  i was given. Dr Maria said she could see me doing my exercises every time she past  my room. All the care i was given hence i went home fighting fit. I am 80 and cant praise your staff enough. I was walking well enough to catch the London train and have a super holiday with my grandchildren. Having been a Nurse Midwife for 36 years. I felt i was transferred back to proper. nursing care. No one said wait a minute, allways tended to pronto. .
