Fantastic staff! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. ☺ 
Room is clean and in good condition. Has everything you need and even a decent bed.
Would recommened.

Room fairly clean. Pool good. 

Over powering bleach smell upon entry. 

Our room was next to the laundry, which would be fine if the hot water system didnt go on and off all night making horrible noises! It sounded like it was going to take off! 

A 3.30am wake up on a Sunday morning is never a good time!

Great location and ideal for an overnight stay in Ballarat. Clean and airy rooms. Plenty of good eateries nearby. Perfect for a family too.
