Best prices on furniture in Ballarat, they always handle my orders well and everything arrives on time. Friendly staff in the shop and out the back. Always will be going here for my furniture, the only thing that sucks is sometimes not everything you want is in stock, therefore you have to wait like 2-4 weeks which is normal anyway.

brought a package and was ready within two weeks was extremely happy. Told that the couch would be an extra 2 weeks had no problem with that As i sit on the phone a month and a half later i am being told production on the couch has not yet started... you pay a mini fortune for these things and to be told that its not even started and will be an extra 4 to 6 weeks really poor and very disappointed shame that the customer service was good but as a whole really upset experience
