Spotlight Ballarat – Disappointing ExperiencennIt’s hard to understand why Spotlight Ballarat continues to operate in its current state. The store feels disorganised, with limited product variety and very little to engage customers.nnThe most frustrating part of the experience is the complete lack of helpful staff. On the rare occasion you do find someone, they often seem unsure about product locations, prices, or even basic information about their section. This lack of customer service makes shopping more of a hassle than a help.nnUnfortunately, this visit was a very poor experience overall. Without serious improvements in staffing, training, and store layout, it’s difficult to recommend a visit.
Super helpful staff, when saying they will send someone down to assist you, they actually do it.nStaff are knowledgeable on products, have great advice, and friendly service.nTrolleys are hard to locate, but that's a headoffice, store design fault.
I went to pick up an online order. Products were great, especially the Koo floor rug.nnThe girl who was working the front couldn't be more disinterested in being at work or serving people.nnThe girl who collected my order from out the back was the polar opposite, energetic and very friendly.
If you've been into a Spotlight before, you already know what these shops do. This branch carries a good range of products in the fields it caters for. Pricing is reasonable and it certainly pays pun intended to be a club member as this does bring prices down further .nThe staff on my visit were well presented, courteous and helpful. In fact, I've yet to visit a branch of Spotlight and be disappointed .
Was offered assistance by a wonderful staff member who offered helpful advice about additional purchases, in addition to already waiting click and collect order. Felt overwhelmed looking, and they made my experience positive and convenient. They processed both purchases professionally and personally. Did not catch their name.
