Sussan Wendouree

I shop there quite regularly, good range for office wear or casual. Not Sussan's biggest shop, but they can order something for you from other stores to be collected. Girls are always nice and helpful.

Very poor service. Myself and my mum come in last week and weren’t greeted not even so much as a smile from BOTH staff members that were on. One was to busy on the phone understandable but the other was just tiding stock. We waited 15 minutes without anyone coming and asking if we were Ok. I came in today to see if it was any better, and the girl that was there today was on the phone walking around sweeping. I’m sorry but if that was me I would call back who ever it was and be more attentive to your customers!! Will never come back. Super disappointed

Terrible service. The manager who served me was snobbish and cold. Did not greet me and seemed to have no interest in myself as a customer. She was impolite and I shan't be returning.
