Not sure why so many people are loyal and talk up this brand of coffee shop. As expensive as a nicer, independent cafe, coffee does not live up to the hype. Food options are alright but then again there's pricing, not sure if it's all fresh.

Friendly staff and very engaging with little children. Great for family stop for hot choccies and beautiful coffee.
