Well my husband and I went to the Vodafone store at wendioure and we did get an update but the staff where help and Took the time to explain and the service was impeccable we would recommend the store to our friends thank you again sue and Wayne ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vodafone, Wendouree, Ballarat is a great place to go and shop with. Staff are incredibly helpful to their customers. I shoped with them, they solved my problem even after closing time! They are passionate to hear and offer the best solution within their best capacity! Incredible customer services ever received!

I have been dealing with staff at Wendouree Vodafone store, The staff involved are Simoj Mathew and Adam Bound. I found them to be extremely helpful professional and not only did they address my issues I believe they went above and beyond. My whole experience was great and for this reason i will continue to use Vodafone and will travel to this store so to ensure i keep receiving the same fantastic service. Its nice to see there is some professionalism left in the world. Hang on to these guys....!!! Again the team at Vodafone wendouree were able to help me out with issues I was having with both the phone and apps. Thanks Adam for all your help. It was very much appreciated your knowledge and advice has proved to be invaluable....

Fantastic customer service! Staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for a new phone 10/10
