Went in today to get a refund on some goods and was told everything was fine. I noticed after I left the store the money hadn't been immediately refunded to my account. I have had no response from kmart about the matter. Was told by the bank it may take 2 or 3 days to process as it is currently pending. If we pay immediately for goods that is exactly how the refund should be.
Absolutely appalling customer service today. I asked the young woman for assistance to find a product and she couldn't be bothered helping me, even after showing her the product on my phone. I had to ask another employee who was able to find the product for me after looking up the code.
Gotta love a bargain. Good sized store. Inside shopping centre.

no human was working the Checkout only self serves so i asked if some one would be working it at the exit.. the lady said yes someone will attend.. i got $100 of stuff with my child and paid in person. i left hats at her station and felt rushed to leave. she did not call me back she let me leave without the hats as she served the next person. i got home no hats i call up the store and phone rang for 20 min.. it just keeps ringing so i put it on speaker phone .. i have a receipt a man answers and says she did not set them aside and that if i want my $24 back i have to come in and beg.. the store was packed with people but no one works there and if you fight for the jobs of the people that do then they will steal your money as punishment.. i will drive to never go there again for what ever that is worth
