Matt was in no hurry at all and he was not fit for the job to say the least. Consistency complaining about the job and being too overweight to scan the items or pack the bags. I waited about 20 minutes because he seemed to be very interested in the old man in front. Keep in mind I had 4 ITEMS that's it. Get matt some training and a gym membership. Worst coles experience ever.

I will not be using this store in future. Whilst the staff are really helpful and lovely, the lack of staff serving at a checkout is continuosly substandard.nI have been a customer at all different times and it is always sadly lacking in customer service.nIf I have a trolley of groceries I would prefer someone to pack it for me considering the exhorbitant prices we pay.nI am happy to pack my own at Aldi, as the prices are reasonable and the service exemplary. I have never waited to be served at Aldi, hence they are welcome to my hard earned dollars.nBest the CEOs of the Big 2 do a shopping exercise undercover and listen to the feedback from customers who pay their ridiculously expensive wages!nObviously a tactic to close stores and have a robot pick your groceries from a warehouse.
The Deli staff, we're completely rude, they also didn't allow me to buy the item that was marked incorrectly. If you are looking for good customer service, I would highly recommend you stay away from this coles supermarket.
