When I was calling around the Optus stores in Ballarat, trying to find one with a specific model phone in stock, a friendly customer assistant from this store offered to put one aside for me. I arrived in store to find one put aside for me, and a helpful staff member to help me transfer my number and set up the phone/a new plan. More helpful than the Telstrashop across from it.

Went in because there phones wouldnt connect me to a human and let me speak to anyone but the girl who served me was rude and horrible i wont ever go back ever again.worst service.
