Had the pleasure of being served by Matt when I bought my new phone. What a terrific young bloke he is - took time to help me through the decision making process and then assisted me with some add-on stuff cables for the car and screen protector. I would like to highly recommend Harvey Norman Ballarat store Judy in white goods - after an unfortunate incident with a new product she went above and beyond to fix my problem without further expense and made it happen within hours of being aware of the issue. This would have to be the best service I have experienced from any retailer in recent years- a very happy customer indeed.

Fantastic  customer  service. The young lad Matt? 21yrs old, sold us a printer on the 29 March around 10am   was brilliant at sales/customer  service. Informative, knowledgeable and realistic  with what we actually  needed. Rare you can walk out and feel good about spending your hard earned  cash but he left us leaving with confidence and positivity that would not make us think twice about choosing  this store as our go to for our next purchase. If there is some kind of recognition/ rising star  program please put this young man forward for it.

Would give 0 star if there is an option. Bought an AEG washer and dryer before Christmas, advised arrival time within 2 weeks. No follow up service and the staffs mixed up with stock information and told me the dryer never arrived in fact it is sitting in the store for over 2 months. Requested for refund and another 3 months over and nothing. Will never buy from them again.

Disappointed and Misled – Price Match Policy is a Joke!nI recently tried to take advantage of Harvey Norman’s so-called price match policy – what a letdown! After finding the exact same product at a lower price from a legitimate competitor, I expected a smooth experience. Instead, I was met with excuse after excuse, vague conditions, and a flat-out refusal to honour their own promise.nnIf you advertise a price match guarantee, stand by it! It’s incredibly frustrating to waste time doing research only to be turned away for unclear reasons. Sadly, this experience has made me lose trust in Harvey Norman – it feels more like a marketing gimmick than a real policy.nVery pathetic unprofessional service by their manager Michael and supports staff Nichole.
