Shocking customer service. I brought a fridge from this store recently. Everything was all fine until it was delivered. Turns out Harvey Norman don’t deliver it themselves, they outsource from others. They also don’t unbox the fridge for their client. For a small woman, unboxing a large fridge on my own was quite hard. Something the good guys do. After I finally got it unboxed, I had an issue with the fridge. When I called the store to ask a question, they didn’t want to know me. They said it wasn’t their problem and they couldn’t helped me hanged up on me. What a joke. So when I immediately phoned back I asked to speak to someone else, I was told I had to call Hisense. It’s basically, once you buy from them, they wipe their hands of you and be done with you. If you are an elderly or frail person shopping here, please look elsewhere.nnNot to mention furniture staff stalking you around the store and into electronics. Electronic sales people no issues.
Purchased a new washing machine after mine died. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. Marcus and Anthony took extra precautions to not damage my new floorboards and even showed me how to use the machine. Very friendly and happy boys even working on such a hot day. Cannot be happier with service
The 3 person crew who attend our place today not just to deliver a new washing machine and dryer as well as a microwave. Went to amazing lengths to get it all hooked up and without a sigh or grunt of frustration or annoyance as nothing was too much trouble. These guys were amazing.nnWell done Harvey Norman keep themnAround for a long time.
We bought a mattress & recliner on Saturday because the prices were competitive and the staff gave fantastic customer service. The items were delivered today and I miss read the text thinking that we were getting a PM delivery and we weren't ready. FANTASTIC young men, they couldn't have been more helpful or patient with the situation. Top job with staff selection Harvey Norman
Went in store and just want to give Kim a shout out for her patience and expertise and giving us her time to explain the products we bought. Wonderful service and coffee.
