I have furnished my entire house from them. They are expensive don't get me wrong, however the server is perfect, the differed payments and deals are running all the time are perfect for someone like me. Staff are awesome. Always ready to help. I am very happy with them.

There are a couple of electrical shops in Ballarat and I used to go to the other big one because often they were well priced and had really good service.. Those days are over. Taylor at Harvey Norman Ballarat has provided the best service I have received in a very long time. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, listens and provides good advice. I was impressed at my first visit and purchase. On pick up I had a problem, all my fault and yet again she was excellent. Gave suggestions on a solution, gave time to think and a way to settle the problem perfectly. Price between retailers is not often that different but service is a huge contributor to the buying decision. HN is now my preferred supplier. Thanks Taylor.!

I don't usually bother with reviews but the service I received was very poor. My mobile phone played up and was still under warranty. I took it back and was told it needed to be sent away for repairs. I waited seven weeks to get it back. Calling weekly to find out any progress I was constantly told I would be called back by the end of the day and no one ever did. I backed up all my photos, contacts etc to my laptop thinking they were safe but four weeks after first taking my phone in my laptop died. So now thanks to Harvey Normans tardy service it looks like they're gone too. I will give a thumbs up to Lucas who finally got it sorted out for me. I have spent a lot of money at Harvey Norman over the years but that stops now. I bought a new laptop at The Good guys by the way. VERY poor.
